True North Grant Consulting Services was founded by Elisa Bruns, a grants professional with more than 18 years of experience working across the federal funding landscape. Having worked on both the federal funding side and with recipient organizations, Elisa understands the challenges that begin after an award is received. From navigating compliance requirements and reporting obligations to supporting program implementation, this experience provides a practical perspective on what organizations need to successfully manage grant funding.

Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Elisa founded True North to support organizations doing important work in their communities while navigating increasingly complex grant requirements.
